Exception – Damaged or Defective Products
The only exception to this policy is for items that arrive damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately at info@kunsten.ca. Be sure to include the following:
Once we confirm that the item is defective or was damaged during shipping, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you. The faulty item must be returned to Kunstentechstore.ca as we are required to return it to the manufacturer.
If the manufacturer determines that the product is not defective, not new, or that the issue is due to user damage or misuse, the customer will be responsible for any associated replacement costs.
